Can I spread my stuff around the office?

Yes and no.
You have your own desk and space in the shared office space so you can bring in your own printer, filing cabinet, etc. to put beside your desk (without interfering with other tenants' space). But don't leave your stuff lying around the whole office! The space will start getting messy.

Some people bike to work and don't want to have it by their desk while they work so, leave it in the waiting area, washroom or by front desk.

When coworking, you're sharing the space so you have to be respectful of others and/or as long as your neighbor doesn't mind.
